Tameka “Tiny” Cottle Charged: T.I. Wife Could Land In Jail – T.I. may be in the clear after it was revealed earlier in the week that the charges stemming from his September 1st arrest were dropped but his wife, Tameka “Tiny” Cottle is in hot water.
Earlier today Jane Robison who is the spokesperson for the Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office announced that Tameka “Tiny” Cottle was officially charged with one misdemeanor count of possession of a controlled substance and can go to jail for a maximum of one year if she is found guilty during her trial that will take place in the Golden state this Monday.
As you may recall few weeks ago the couple was arrested after making an illegal U turn in Los Angelos which lead the authorities on the scene to search and eventually find numerous drugs in their car.
Cottle has not commented on her ordeal thus far but her husband who just lost two major endorsement deals from AXE and Rémy Martin did share his thoughts with MTV News saying:
“I’m gonna take it a day at a time.I got a little while to plan. One thing I’m not gonna do is, I’m not gonna talk and make a whole lot of promises and do this or do that. I’m gonna speak more through my music and my actions. And I’m gonna let God lead me wherever that may be.”
Robison went on to say that there is a possibility that Cottle maybe going to rehab au lieu de prison if the judge decides to go easy on her.

I’m not here to throw stones, because I know how we all can make mistakes in life and how temptation is in the world. When you are a mother or father and have adorable children God expects growth…MATURITY, which is why it is time for T.I. and Tiny to grow up, and show your children you can strive to do better. U can’t keep making the mistakes over and over and expect positive results!
I am very saddened by what has happened, and they both still have love and support from the majority of their fans, so my job would be to add them both to my prayers, and I expect all of us to do so, because God is the judge when it comes down to the final decision.
So with that said, I still wish T.I. and Tiny the best even though they are still going through, and their children will be going through as well, but my final word is to dust yourself off and try again wherever you end up. Start over and let God lead the way, that’s all T.I and Tiny need to do. Stay on those knees and pray, and believe for greater results this time around.

Give her a chance! She has never been in trouble. Give her probation for about 6 months and let her be. She is very productive. Plenty of people I know got caught with drugs and got off the hook with unsupervised probation for 3 months
I wish the best for Tiny and T.I both. Everybody makes mistakes in life and it doesn’t matter if their 10 years old or 60 years old no ones PERFECT, I know no ones judging them as stated in other comments but people need to get real this isn’t a murder charge or a charge that should be taken as seriously. By them being famous doesn’t change anyhing their still human. Me personally thinks that their being targeted and the most HATED on. To me it seems as if him doing a year wasn’t enough and being that when he got release and everyhing in his life from music and movies picked back up quickly from when he got locked up and him doing fine and not letting his pass keep him down is what make people even more mad. This is a misdemeanor something that a ticket should’ve been written for like the cops do suspects who aren’t famous and see them in court to pay their fines and send them on their way home. I know plenty of people that has gotten tickets for the same thing and have not been arrested like Tiny & T.I. was. I love them both and wish them the best of luck and hope they keep their heads up and don’t worry what peope say because their isn’t a person in the world that’s perfect and raise their kids to the fullest.
