Kelly Rowland was pictured looking fabulous as ever as she attended the InStyle Best Beauty Buys 2008 held at Sketch in London, England,earlier today.
Rowland is currently in the UK promoting the new edition of her “Ms. Kelly” album that will include brand new songs and is set to be released on March 10th.
