Eddie House Miami Heat Deal

Eddie House Miami Heat Deal – Eddie House will be rejoining the Miami Heat with a new two year contract. The deal was confirmed by his agent, Mark Bartelstein on Thursday. House was one of the best shooters that was remaining on the free agent market and had received a number of offers from other teams that were reportedly worth more money. Instead, he opted to join the stacked Miami Heat roster for the chance to play alongside LeBron James, Dwayne Wade and Chris Bosh.

House will receive around $2.8 million over the course of the next two seasons. The second season of the contract is a player-option, and will allow House to decide if he would like to stay with the team or not. His agent said that the team would be a great fit for his skill-set, and went on to say that he had a great relationship with the Heat the last time that he played for them.

“He’s still one of the most dynamic guys coming off the bench at hitting big shots in big moments. He’s the best in the league at what he does,” House’s agent, Mark Bartelstein said.
That may be true. House was highly sought after by a number of teams, and is known as a renowned shooter, especially in clutch playoff moments. He was selected by the Heat in the second round of the 2000 draft. He attended college at Arizona State and has matured into one of the league’s top bench players in recent years.
