Brandy Sued By DJ Marc Mysterio for $6 Million

Brandy Sued By DJ Marc Mysterio for $6 Million – R&B singer Brandy has been sued by a DJ for a reported $6 million, according to recent reports. The DJ, Marc Mysterio, claims that she did not deliver on a promise to sing “32 bars of music” that she had promised him and that he had paid for. The lawsuit stated that Brandy accepted a check for $10,000 from the DJ in July, but never delivered on the music. He claims that he has lost more than $25,000 because she has not delivered on her promise.

His MySpace claims that he “owns and operates 2 internationally respected record labels”,” but does not go on to say what the names of those labels are. It will be interesting to see if Brandy decides to comment publicly on the topic. He seems to be suing for a bit more than he should be, given his statement on the amount that he has lost because Brandy did not deliver the song.

Brandy is most known for her 1998 hit single “The Boy is Mine,” alongside Monica. She also starred in the popular Sitcom “Moesha” and has been a judge on “America’s Got talent.” She has faced a number of lawsuits in recent years, and was involved in a fatal car accident in Los Angeles that led to a number of legal problems for Brandy. Her brother, Ray j, has also had his fair share of legal problems in recent years.
