Dr. Conrad Murray Sure Of His Innocence In Michael Jackson Death Case

On the anniversary of the death of the King of Pop, Michael Jackson, more focus on the manslaughter trial of his doctor, Dr. Conrad Murray shows how the doctor is not expected to cop any form of a plea in regard to the charges against him for allegedly causing the death of Jackson.

TMZ says that their sources say that Murray is so sure of his innocence that he’ll fight to the last. However, no plea bargain has even been offered so the point is mute other than it looks like this battle in court is going to go down to the last iota.

Murray is accused of administering a fatal dose of the drug Propofol. However Murray says he wasn’t in the room with Jackson when the drug was administered.

His defense is that Jackson, in a fit of desperation administered the drug to himself. That may be a good theory but it still says that Murray may have been negligent by leaving the needle and drugs within Jackson’s reach while he, Murray was out of the room.

Something isn’t right because somebody gave Jackson the drug and it’s going to take a lot of convincing on the prosecutor’s part to fork up that proof and a lot on the part of Murray to counter.
