Boxer Laila Ali,is shown in a milk mustache ad released by America’s Milk Processor’s that will debut on Oct. 22, 2007.
It is Ali’s third milk mustache ad but the first without the boxer ‘s famous father.
The last time Laila stepped in front of a camera for the “Got Milk” campaign was in 2001, alongside her legendary father, Muhammad Ali.”
The fighter-turned-ballroom dancer was photographed by Annie Leibovitz.for the advertisement.
she said in the ad:
“Take it from me, milk really packs a punch,”
She also added:
“I’m always striving to be as healthy as I possibly can – and you always think of milk doing a body good,” Ali told the magazine about returning to the campaign.
She’s working on a television project for Nickelodeon that will help overweight children shed pounds which is scheduled to begin airing next year.
