Naomi Campbell World Aids Day Concert in Johannesburg,South Africa


Naomi Campbell was pictured at the 46664 World Aids Day Concert in Johannesburg,South Africa earlier today.Naomi Campbell joined Nelson Mandela and his wife to show support for World Aids Day.The event named 46664, after Mr Mandela’s prison number is hosted by the former South African president in order to raise awareness of the disease, which has devastated many African communities.
Rock group Queen has decided to mark the day by releasing their new recording,free on their website starting from today.Roger Taylor, the band’s drummer said:

The song, Say It’s Not True, is performed by new lead singer Paul Rodgers, who replaced Freddie Mercury after his death from an Aids-related illness in 1991.
“By making the song available for free, we hope to help Nelson Mandela with his campaign to get across the message that no one is safe from infection,” said Roger Taylor, the band’s drummer.
The song reiterates Mr Mandela’s message about fighting the disease: “It’s in our own hands to bring a stop to this.”
