Halle looking Berry pregnant was pictured with a Christmas gift basket for her friends in Los Angeles earlier this week.Halle Berry is under fire by doctors after she claimed that she was cured of her type 1 diabetes.She said:
“I’ve managed to wean myself off insulin, so now I’d like to put myself in the type 2 category,”
Dr. Francine Kaufman, a diabetes expert at Childrens Hospital Los Angeles, told ABC News:
It is not possible to “cure” anyone of diabetes. If Berry were truly a type 1 diabetic, it would be suicide to stop taking insulin. She claims that a healthy diet and exercise has changed the course of her illness.
“When someone really has type 1, it means their immune system has destroyed the insulin producing part of the pancreas. In that case, there is no way to wean yourself off insulin,”

If she says she’s cured it then what gives you the right to shoot down her comments ??
That’s not being irresponsible, but what is irresponsible are drug companies interested in making money and NOT curing anyone.
Are you serious? It is impossible what halle has said. If you’re a type 1 diabletic, you’re a type 1 diabetic for life (until there is an actual cure). Totally ridiculous to say she’s weaned herself off insulin, very irresponsible comment from someone in her position.
