T-Pain Hospitalized After Freak Accident – T-Pain is in a lot of pain after after having a freak accident that caused him to lose four of his teeth and suffer multiple cuts and bruises to his face and jaw while in a golf cart.According to reports:
The accident happened reportedly last week and forced T-Pain to miss two of his scheduled appearances which included a video shoot with rapper Lil Kim for her song “Download” and a performance for Lil Wayne’s “I Am Music Tour” in California.
