Beyonce Pregnancy Confirmed Not – A rep from Beyoncé’s record label, Sony, tells Rolling Stone that the report is “simply untrue.”
The internet was abuzz after gossip site MediaTakeOut.com reported Thursday that a “rock solid source” had confirmed the singer was pregnant. The website claimed Beyoncé was “fine and resting” and was going to “continue working though her pregnancy,” adding that Jay-Z was “extremely happy to be having his first child.”
The couple has long been guarded about their private life and hesitant to open up about their relationship. But earlier this year, Beyoncé’s husband-rapper Jay-Z said he would like to one day become a father and admitted to imperfections in marriage.
“I’d like to be a dad some day and I love children. You start your life with expectations and dreams, then life unfolds and it doesn’t always turn out the way you imagined. Life is what it is. And at this point it’s up to somebody else. I don’t think there is such thing as a perfect relationship. It is unrealistic and hoping for too much. I don’t think it is worth all that pressure. We also have our struggles and problems,” he said in an interview with Kingsize Magazine.
Normally tight-lipped about his personal life, the hip-hop mogul also revealed that procreating was a high priority, just last fall in Gotham Magazine.
Beyoncé has expressed her desire to have kids – but not just yet. She has previously stated, “Well, I’m an ambitious woman, and when I do anything, I do it really hard. If I work out, I work out really hard, and if I love somebody, I love them all the way.”
“I’m very loyal. I want a whole bunch of kids – but after I’ve gotten certain things out of my system first,” she added.
