Brandy Norwood In Love With Flo Rida? – We’ve already given you guys the scoop on Brandy and Flo Rida being spotted together in Miami all cuddled up, among other places, on numerous occasions.
Well last night the R&B singer’s new reality series, A Family Business, starring brother Ray J and their parents Sonja and Willie Norwood premiered on VH1. Surprisingly, the southern rapper’s name came up in the first episode when Brandy showed her lil’ bro a text message from Flo, inviting her to the Grammy’s with him.

All of this has people asking are they or aren’t they a couple. Here’s how Brandy addressed the “boyfriend” question.
“I’ve seen the photos of me and Flo Rida,” Brandy writes on her Vibe.com blog. “I don’t want to say that we’re a couple. I can definitely say that he’s somebody in my life and I’m definitely interested, but I’m not serious with anybody. I’m a little bit afraid to give my heart away right now. It’s very scary.”
One reason the singer’s so cautious about a romantic relationship is her 7-year-old daughter, Sy’rai.

“My daughter hasn’t seen me with anybody in five years,” she writes. “I’m very, very selective when it comes to that because I want to make sure that it’s real. I don’t want her to see me with just anybody because she means everything to me.”
When it comes to a potential mate, Brandy is particular about what she seeks in the opposite sex, and honesty is of the utmost importance.
“You have to be a strong guy to be in a committed relationship,” she continued writing on her blog. “If you’re not ready for that, then don’t tell me that you are. Be honest with a girl… Don’t tell somebody they’re your girlfriend and then you go out and act like you don’t have a girlfriend. That’s not right.”
So, it looks like things aren’t official yet between the two “love birds,” but I think it’s safe to say that love is definitely in the air.
