Mariah Carey Sued:$30,000 Vet Bills

Mariah Carey Sued:$30,000 Vet Bills – It’s no secret that celebrities tend to spoil their pets and provide things for them that regular people probably couldn’t afford. The New York Post is reporting that Mariah Carey has paid for her own series of “extraordinary services” for her pets. Apparently Mariah is being sued by a first class celebrity vet that provides high quality services for actors, actresses, singers and other celebrities.

Vets can be very expensive and for celebrities, $30,000 might be a viable amount to spend on your pets. If you have more than one pet then the amounts can really add up. Mariah Carrey owns four Jack Russell terriers with one just being purchased recently. A representative of Mariah’s told reporters that as of yet, no lawsuit have been initiated.

However, an insider reports that Mariah’s vet bills came close to $38,000 and she has only paid $8,000 of that amount. The money is required because of a house call emergency that Cindy Bressler, a well recognized vet from Manhattan made to Mariah’s home. The dogs apparently needed Cindy’s care while Mariah was visiting L.A. In order to promote her new movie, “Precious.” Not to mention her third dog, Dolomite was pregnant and an unexpected birth occurred during Cindy’s presence. The house call ended up taking a month to complete.

TMZ is reporting that Mariah is expected to bid on a ornate living room set costing close to $1,00,000. The living room set was once owned by Michael Jackson and if Mariah wins the furniture then maybe she will be able to send Cindy some money for the outrageous vet bills that are owed. Perhaps these two could settle their differences outside of the court room.
