Dwight Howard Says Ex Royce Reed Owes Him $500 Million – Dwight Howard sure knows how to keep his name in the media. The star for the Orlando Magic recently claimed that the mother of his child, who has been bashing him in public, now owes him $500,500,000. By bashing him in public, she violated the terms of their court settlement, and now, according to Howard at least, owes him a great deal of money.
The mother of his child, Royce Reed, stars in VH1’s “Basketball Wives,” and has been talking to the media about Howard on at least eleven different occasions. The couple signed a 2009 gag order that stated that she would not talk to the media about Howard and other than the care of their child, they would go their separate ways.
Howard said that if the stories reached at least 1,000,000 people, which is probably a fairly safe estimate given the fact that the stories were leaked to media sources, she would owe him over 500 million dollars, based on the terms of their agreement.
A representative for Reed said that she has done nothing wrong, and claims that all of the info that she discussed had already leaked through court documents. It certainly is an interesting story, and as of now it is not clear if Howard plans on pursuing the issue in court. He already makes a huge amount playing for the Orlando Magic.
