DMX Arrested For Parole Violation

DMX Arrested For Parole Violation – Rapper DMX is once again experiencing problems with the long arm of the law. He was recently arrested for what is being called a parole violation which apparently occurred in Phoenix, Arizona on November 18th.

The rapper’s name is Earl Simmons and he was taken into custody on Thursday after violating a condition of his parole which he was given after dong two stints in prison after serving just eighteen days of a ninety day sentence which was handed down to him by a judge.

The violation which was allegedly committed involving Simmons not checking in with his parole officer which was a condition of his release.

Because of his violation, he is now required to attend a revocation hearing on the 24th of this month which will determine whether or not he is going back to jail for violating the terms and conditions of his parole.

So far there has been no comment from the rapper on the situation and police have not released any information regarding his arrest either.

Simmons did serve time for violating another condition of his parole in Phoenix earlier in the year though, so speculation as to whether or not he will serve more jail time doesn’t look good for the artist.
