Dancing With The Stars Winner 2010: Jennifer Grey – Despite what many people thought, Bristol Palin did not take home the gold. Jennifer Grey was the winner of popular TV show “Dancing with the Stars” and was praised for her overall performance on the show.
The over-the-hill actress danced flawlessly and managed to defeat Bristol Palin on Tuesday night, much to the disappointment of a number of fans across the country who have been voting for Palin every step of the way.
The performance which was perfectly executed by Grey and her partner Derek Hough earned them perfect scores all across the board. While Kyle Massey & Lacey Schwimmer took the 2nd place.
There are many who are surprised that Palin held on as long as she did though, considering how dead-set the judges seemed against her at the beginning. Palin managed to make it through to the semifinals though, mostly because of how much the viewers wanted to see her continue.
Many believe that she lasted that long only because of the promotions that right-wingers have been running in her favor as well as because of the connections she has with her mother being a star. Whatever the reason though, Palin did not end up finishing first on Tuesday, but seemed like a gracious loser when the show’s seasons came to a close.
