DMX Bail Denied – The rapper known as DMX appeared in court in order to discuss the violation of his probation that occurred recently. It is alleged that he violated his court orders by using cocaine as well as the controversial drug OxyContin.
DMX, whose real name is Earl Simmons, recently refused to submit to drug testing, and also drove on a license that has already been suspended. He was arrested again last Thursday, and was then taken to the Maricopa County Jail. He is currently being held without bond and has so far denied being in violation of his probationary orders.
The Maricopa County court commissioner, Christine Mulleneaux, has set Simmons’ next court date for December 9. He will not be eligible for bond during that time and will spend his time in jail.
The attorney for Simmons has said that he was working with his client, as well as the probation officials. Simmons’ attorney said the arrest was expected.
Simmons was originally placed on probation after he was convicted of attempted aggravated assault, in which he threw a food tray at a jail guard. He was also convicted of theft when he used a fake name in order to avoid a $7,500 hospital fine.

DMX has the disease of addiction and he’s struggling to get himself off the drugs. The court system can’t help him he has to help himself. Come on man you letting all your talent go to waste. And you gonna keep going to jail until you realize that them drugs are killing you and destroying yo family.
