Nolan Carroll was intentionally tripped by Jets’ strength and conditioning coach Sal Alosi, during Miami’s 10-6 victory against the New York team.
Alosi confessed his sin via a statement: “I made a mistake that showed a total lapse in judgment.My conduct was inexcusable and unsportsmanlike and does not reflect what this organization stands for.”
Nolan Carroll a rookie handled the situation with grace, and showed no form of anger.
“We got a W. That’s not my problem,” Carroll explained. “That’s the Jets’ problem. We just move on. I felt contact, but I’ve got to watch film. I can’t comment on it right now.”
Disciplinary sanctions from the Jets and the NFL against Sal Alosi are to be expected.

First, before the Pats game, Rex Ryan (with a mouth bigger than his fat belly) states that the Jets are the best team, period. His reward is to see his team get taken to the woodshed until they cried like little girls. Then he says, “That’s OK”…..that was a wake-up. Just wait until we play those Dolphins! Sanchez played like a girl, Santonio Holmes lubed his hands with Wesson Oil, and the Fish shut ’em down. To complete the fiasco, Sal Alosi commits the most gutless, yellow-bellied, cowardly act since Woody Hayes punched a player. This didn’t do the public image of New Yorkers or Italian-Americans much good. Conclusion: Look elsewhere if you want to see a “class act”. Alosi should be fired immediately, by the Jets, without waiting to see what the NFL does; that is if they want even a smidgen of respect from anybody.
Wow, what a piece of sh*t that guy is. That goes to show that the Jets’ fans and the staff are cut from the same cloth. A dirty, scummy, towel.

That wasn’t a trip. Those fucking announcers just assumed it was. Watch the video closely, Sal’s knee came up in an instinctive defensive move. It was obviously just a defensive reaction to Nolan running full speed and that close to him and OUT OF BOUNDS. Anyone would have reacted the same way. And why the f*ck was Carroll that FAR out of bounds in the first place??? That was Carrolls own fault for scaring the sh*t out of Coach Alosi.
Those announcers should be fined $$ for jumping to such a boneheaded conclusion and starting the gossip flying over a simple accident!

“Gunners” often get shoved out of bounds so Carol can’t be blamed.
And did you know that part of Sal’s job was to tell players to “get back” from the sidelines?
I assume your a Jet’s fan, so I understand your emotion, but try to look clearly at this one.
