Lil’ Wayne Gives Fans Mom Wheelchair

In order to show his gratitude for the loyalty of a fan who wrote to him continuously during his prison sentence, Lil’ Wayne recently gifted the fan’s mother with a luxury motorized wheelchair.

According to Lil’ Wayne, he felt compelled to help the woman, after she wrote him weekly letters telling him how much she appreciated him, as well as simple details about her daily life.

According to Rhonda Austin, a 39-year old from New Jersey, she simply told the rapper about her life, and often mentioned her mother who had been stuck in the house for nearly two years.

When Wayne was released from prison, he surprised Austin with a phone call asking how she was doing, as well as questioning her about her mother, Evelyn.

When Austin told Wayne that her mother still had not been able to replace her broken wheelchair, he decided to help.

He told Austin and her mother, “Don’t worry about it. I got you.” He then purchased a motorized wheelchair worth $11,000 and had it delivered to their home.

Evelyn said, “I pray for him every night thanking him for this chair. I love every bit of it. It changed my life.”
