A teen with a somewhat troubled past recalled how a juvenile justice counselor Tony Simmons forcibly shoved his hands into her pants in family court.
Tony Simmons has been officially charged with preying on multiple girls who were under his care back in 2008 – playing movies for them and offering baked good just before he made his move on them.
One 18-year-old girl testified as to what the counselor did to her, forcing her to touch him by shoving her hand down his pants and kiss her.
After he forced himself on her he then asked for her phone number.
Tony Simmons who previously worked for the Department of Juvenile Justice confessed to raping a 15-year-old girl in a courthouse elevator , he also revealed that he had forced a 16-year-old to perform oral sex on him as well as yet another sexual assault on a teen girl from the Bronx.
The prosecutor who was assigned to the case, Evan Krutov, said that he was a man with authority and he abused it in a terrible way, using his badge to his advantage to prey upon teenage girls who were vulnerable and afraid.
