Rapper bad girl Lil Kim has upped the ante in her seemingly one-sided feud with fellow hip hop performer Nicki Minaj.
Following on the heels of recent sharp comments and violence-tinged verbal attacks in Lil Kim’s new mix tape “Black Friday,” the cover art for the new recording depicts a bloody scene that appears to reference Minaj.
In the scene, an animated body missing its head can be seen in the background wearing a dress that looks like what Minaj wore on her CD cover Pink Friday.
A pink wig is floating in blood in the foreground and Lil Kim takes a provocative pose holding a samurai sword as blood appears to spatter around her.
The art appears to be an attempt to provoke Minaj whose debut “Pink Friday” was perched atop the Billboard Top 200 chart last week.
During a New Years Eve telecast, Lil Kim went off on Minaj, ranting: “I’m not playing with this b—h for 2011. I’m saying, we can rock together but b—h you ain’t taking noting from me!”
