Now more details are coming out regarding the vicious beating at a McDonald’s restaurant in Maryland last week.
The victim it turns out is one Chrissy Lee Polis, 22 and a transgender woman.
For the first time Polis is speaking out regarding the incident. Polis says that now she is afraid to venture outside due to the attack and suggested that the attack may have indeed been racially motivated.
As reported earlier by several sources including from the McDonald’s employee who took the video, the incident started because Polis went in to use the ladies’ bathroom while two other females, one 14, one 18 took objection to her because they could tell she was transgender.
The fight then escalated and went into the main section of the store and then caught on camera.
Polis’ account differs in that she says the fight started when one of her attackers had accused her of looking at her boyfriend.
The incident has been seen by millions worldwide and now that Polis’ account is now public the sifting through what really happened is escalating.
Now it’s up to the authorities to put together what the real deal is and then the truth will come out as to who was responsible for what.

What kind of woman helps a child ‘jump’ someone, regardless of gender, race, whatever? I have to wonder what the parents and/or family members are saying. This is embrassing and degrading to say the least. I will be following this case because this type of behavior is accepted in way too many instances and it needs to stop sooner than later.
I am a hetrosexual woman of color who was disappointed and hurt to see (2) females of color perpetrate such an asinine attack. I hope the victim sues both of them and both are charged as adults.
I feel sorry for her. they should have just let it be and the employees should have had a heart and called the police before the girl starting to seize. pitiful and inhumane.
