Officials of a school in Ohio has the mother of a student pretty angry as the school punished her 14 year old daughter for witnessing two other students having sex on a class trip.
The girl was just a fellow student passenger who was on a field trip with students and chaperones to visit colleges.
The girl witnessed the sex the two other students engaged in but waited to tell her mother when she returned. For some strange reason the school officials decided to punish the child for not reporting it to the school.
The mother of the child, Saundra Roundtree is perplexed as to why her daughter has been suspended from certain school activities but the chaperones who numbered eight in strength were not keeping an eye on the students as they should have been.
School officials say the two students who had sex were suspended but that’s not enough for Ms. Roundtree who has a right to seek justice for her child who was afraid of retaliation from the boy who committed the sex act.
Ms. Roundtree wisely has consulted a lawyer in order to seek justice for her child she and others feel was wrongly punished.
I totally agree with the mother. What kind of school is this!!!!!! With all the bullying going on the student probably felt afraid for her life and I would have been.
