Slim Thug Clears His Comments About Black Women – After making several comments about black women that have landed him in hot water in recent days, rap artist Slim thug is apparently trying to clean up his remarks, and elaborate on exactly what he meant. Some folks were not happy with the words that he chose in his VIBE article, and Slim Thug is on a mission to tell them exactly what he meant, due to the outcry on various blog sites and on Twitter in recent days.
He called Big Tigger’s WPGC 95.5 morning show to elaborate on the article that put him in a bad light. He said on the radio show that his words were taken out of context, and that they did not include his entire statement in the article. He revealed that a lot of the things that he said were sad sarcastically, but reading them in the magazine they can almost seem as if he does not appreciate black women.
He went on to say that he does not hate black women, but that he hates some of the things that black women have been conditioned to take part in in relationship. He added that his words were taken out of context, and that the meaning that was portrayed in the magazine is not what he was going for at all.
Uh huh. Whatever you say Slim… What happened? You got a report detailing how many black women made up your previous record sales and decided to retract some shyt before your next CD release or did you just realize that you’re black too?

Some of the things that this idiot said were correct …… i.e. some black women do expect black men to buy them everything when they have nothing to offer themselves. However, I get tired of these black men who are dating other races of women degrade and generalize all black women. What a lot of black men don’t seem to understand is: RESPECT IS EARNED !!! It sounds to me like you’re tryin to justify your guilt for not finding a decent black woman with good intentions an qualities. If I said rappers from TX. are no good, im sure you would probably feel like im a shallow person but, I have the sense not to catergorize certain people from a few bad relationships. If you want what you want, you have to put in the work, and just because you failed, don’t mess it up for the rest of us. So be happy with what u do have? And in the end if you still feel the same, then I would say personally with all do respect we’re all better off without you. Maybe you should let another rapper who has put in the work tell our little young black women of the future that we are not limitied to just doing and being what other people think we should do or be, anyway happiness is wihin no matter what, and life is what you make it!
