T.I. L.A. Drug Case Charges Dropped

T.I. L.A. Drug Case Charges Dropped – On September first of this year, rapper T.I was arrested for possession of drugs. The Los Angeles County District Attorney’s office has not filed any charges against the star. Apparently, charges were not filed because the rapper, whose real name is Clifford Harris, is already going to be serving time in prison for a probation violation. Reportedly, the rapper was found in possession of marijuana, ecstasy and also other narcotics. Apparently, the rapper will turn himself in to begin his prison sentence on Monday.

Reports don’t indicate what this will mean for the planned release of the rapper’s new album ‘King Uncaged’ as he is set to serve at least ten or eleven months.

Originally, the rapper was set to serve at least two years in prison, but he pleaded with the judge to help him with and unspecified drug dependency instead.

Earlier this year the rapper was released from a low security prison where he had been serving time for trying to purchase illegal firearms. He had already been convicted of previous crimes beforehand. However he had a softer jail sentence of just a year and a day on the condition that he be placed under house arrest among other, more unique requirements. Once the rapper was released he was placed on strict probation. He now faces more jail time for his latest mishaps, but it is not as long as the last time.
