Dr. Conrad Murray Michael Jackson Death Trial

After a short preliminary hearing, it has recently been decided that Dr. Conrad Murray, the physician who was attending to Michael Jackson when he died, will now go to trial in order to face charges of involuntary manslaughter charges.

The hearing finished earlier than lawyers had expected—Judge Michael Pastor decided that there was enough evidence for Murray to stand trial just six days after the hearing began.

The prosecutor, Deputy District Attorney David Walgren, ended his argument by saying, “Michael Jackson is not here today because of the negligence and reckless acts of Dr. Murray.”

Although the defense attempted to dismiss on Tuesday, January 11, Judge Pastor ruled that Murray should stand trial for all of the evidence that had been accrued against him.

The Deputy Attorney General, who is also a representative of the Medical Board of California, recently asked the judge to suspend Murray’s license to practice medicine immediately.

During the six days of hearings, evidence was brought forth that Murray spent time on his cell phone making calls and sending text messages when he should have been monitoring Jackson, who was heavily sedated.

  1. Dr Conrad Murray should be set free. I mean Michael had been adicted and strung out for so long. How can you try to hold a doctor negligent to someone eles struggle to a lifetime of pain. I think its sad, but its true. This bull shitt coverage is a waist of time and coverage. Please take it off the air. I don’t think micael would like anything like this. My prayers go out to the Jackson Family, although their struggle is over. My prayers also goes out to the Murray family, for i have seen how much this doctor truly cared and enjoyed caring for Michael. R.I.P Michael Jackson, your music will forever live on, and you will forever be the king of pop. Conrad once your out of trial, avoid any situation that appears to be of similar nature. We love you for caring for Michael when his family stood around flabergasted, we thank you for all that you have done for the wonderful legend…
