Rapper T.I was about to create a massive arsenal at his Atlanta home when he was arrested for purchasing machine guns and silencers Saturday.
Federal agents held the singer,when he tried to pick up three machine guns and two silencers from his bodyguard.
T.I. reportedly gave his bodyguard 12,000 dollars in cash to buy the weapon.
The rapper remains in custody on federal weapons charges until a bail hearing later this week.
His attorney, Dwight Thomas, said that fans should not rush to conclusions.
He really wanted to protect his home.
